  • 会员3297：早起拉窗帘看到袜子两只，移动沙发见奶茶杯盖一个。通知酒店方，要求换房，退当晚房费。经过一上午等待，得到答复，房间肯定是清理过，可以换房，房费打8折。

  • 会员2534：早餐品种挺多的，但是质量一般，做得不好吃，第一天吃了片臭咸鸭蛋，差点呕吐，果汁鲜榨还不错。因为带孩子住，开始房间是双床，要求换大床，换了个大一点的豪华房，房间很大。但边上是个工地，一大早还是有噪音的。游泳池还可以。
  • 会员3198：酒店位置非常好。地铁2号线4号线宣武门站G出口，走路5分钟到酒店。北京交通还是地铁最方便。到南站3站地铁，20分钟，时间有保障。 早餐中，西，日都有，品牌五星级酒店还是保持了一贯JW水准。 房间宽敞，总之这次入住非常满意，尤其是交通便利，我们去了故宫，后海、圆明园，雍和宫，全部地铁，换乘便利，主要还是酒店位置很好，2，4号线同站。
